What is the Catalyst Program?
The Catalyst Program is a points-based rewards system designed to give back to growers who purchase seed and crop protection products from Valley Ag. With every $100 spent on qualifying products, growers earn points that can be redeemed for rewards that best suit their operation. The program offers two medallion levels—Base Medallion (minimum 2,500 points) and Executive Medallion—with points accumulating between September 1, 2024, and August 31, 2025. With more reward options and greater flexibility, the Catalyst Program allows growers to make the most of their purchases while investing in their farm’s success.
OPTION 1 – Interest Rate Buy-Down on SECURE Loan
Catalyst offers growers the ability to use points to reinvest in their operation for a more rewarding season. Growers with approved SECURE financing may use their points for an interest rate buy down on their loan. Once a grower selects this redemption option, payment is made directly against SECURE loan.
OPTION 2 – Catalyst Grower Trip
Growers may choose to use 25,000 points in their Grower Rewards account to attend the 2026 Catalyst Grower Trip. The 2026 Catalyst Grower trip will take place January 14-18, 2026 at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos in Los Cabos, Mexico.
OPTION 3 – Credit to Account
Growers may use points to reinvest in their operation by selecting a Credit to Account. Credits will be applied to grower account at Valley Ag.
OPTION 4 – Catalyst Online Reward Platform
The Catalyst Online Reward Platform (https://growerrewards.com) offers growers the opportunity to use points towards a wide selection of merchandise, travel, and more.
