Job Summary

This is a full time, fully benefited position. Perform daily activities required to keep a manufacturing and commercial retail location operating. Role includes the operation and maintenance of equipment, warehouse and site.

•    Operate and maintain plant equipment including but not limited to; fertilizer plant equipment, mobile equipment and company tools.
•    Accurately blend fertilizer blends, both liquid and dry, per the blend sheets.
•    Greet customers and assist them with purchasing products.
•    Invoice customers accurately and promptly.
•    Operate company pickup as needed.
•    Record and log equipment in and out.
•    Assist in shop as needed.

Successful Candidates Will Have  
•    A Basic knowledge of mechanical and welding skills; 
•    Proficiency in operation of forklift, bucket loader and conveying equipment.
•    The ability to interact successfully verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers.
•    A valid Oregon driver’s license.
•    A Valid Forklift/Bucket loader certification, and the ability to operate a loader for long periods of time.
•    The ability to repeated lift up to 50 pounds and 50+ pounds on occasion.
•    The ability to work under, around and over equipment in the maintenance of equipment.
•    The ability to climb ladders though out the plant.
•    Qualify to wear a respirator.
•    The ability to pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screen
